Graphic design has always been in my life. One of my earliest memories is tinkering around on the old mac at the family print shop that my grandpa started and my dad ran. My sister and I spent many afternoons doodling on scrap paper and designing our own prints at Balmforth Printing. As I got older I spent my time taking pictures with my parents old cameras and teaching myself Photoshop as a hobby.
I was able to turn my love of design into my career, and I’ve now been designing professionally for over 10 years. My work experience has not only expanded my graphic design skills, but helped me to gain valuable knowledge in terms of leadership, collaboration, problem solving and communication. I’m passionate about exploring the ways in which design can inspire greatness in the world, and the way that the world around us inspires great design.
